if you're looking

to clear Internet history, here is how to do this if you are running Internet Explorer. While this will not get all, you can get some of the things you should leave your computer. Just follow the steps below.

Click Apply. You can view files and folders are displayed behind the pop up window.
  Click OK

  Click the folder
? Local Settings?
  Click the folder
? Temporary Internet Files?
 
Find files that you want to delete.

All the files here, from photos to documents, videos, and even cookies, all tell a story of everything that ever looked at your computer. If someone is required to see what you did, or last, they could easily come here. Think about your work computer.
